The Webb House Colonial Revival Garden
211 Main Street,
Designed by Amy Cogswell in 1921 and maintained by the Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum and volunteers-The Garden Angels.
Access to the garden is to the rear of the Webb House.
Open during regular Museum hours:
Open every day except Tuesdays, 10am to 4pm. Sundays 1pm to 4pm.
Closed January-March. Open weekends only in April and November
Closed Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
The Fred W. Weston Rose Garden
505 Silas Deane Hwy
Designed by W. Thayer Chase in 1979 and maintained by the Men's Garden Club since 1983. Mr. Chase was also the landscape architect for the Merritt Parkway which is on the National Register of Historic Places. You may view over 200 specimen-quality rose bushes here. Use the Town Hall/Library parking lot accessed from Church Street.

McCue Gardens was established in the heart of Old Wethersfield behind the family homestead in 1967. A McCue garden propagates and grows wildflowers, perennials and rock garden plants. They sell to wholesalers and retail customers.

The Charles C. Hart Company was founded in 1892 by Charles C. Hart who had been connected with the Johnson & Robbins Company for 14 years. He started a small consignment package seed business using hte back kitchen of his home as a packing room, warehouse, and office. At that time there were five other seed companies in Wethersfield. Today, the company is owned and operated by the members of the third, fourth, and fifth generations of the Hart family. The Hart's oversee the production and distribution of packet sees, bulk vegetable and flower seed, lawn seed, fertillizers and other landscape products to independent dealers, farmers, golf courses, and landscape professionals throughout the Northeastern United States.
Open Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm.
